Cancellation Policy
Your booking can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

No-shows (Unused Hotel Room)
In the event of a no-show, where a guest does not arrive as booked, the full stay will be charged.

Early Departure
If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the booked departure date, the full originally booked stay will be charged.

Payment
Payment for accommodation is made on-site at check-in at Halmstad Plaza.

Halmstad Plaza is a newly built hotel and the largest in Halmstad.
The hotel opened in summer 2021 and offers 242 rooms, a relaxation floor, sky bar, gym, treatment rooms, event space, and a large restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Halmstad Travel Center, where both trains and buses connect.
It’s about 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot to Halmstad Arena. The city center is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Parking
There are public parking spaces near the hotel, payable via the Easypark app. There is also an underground parking garage in the same building, operated by Aimopark, where payment is made directly through their app.
Electric vehicle charging is available in the garage.
Street parking in the surrounding area is free of charge.
