SUP

Balance, strength, and strategy.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) combines technique, endurance, and power on the water. Whether it’s explosive starts, maneuvering around buoys, or long-distance paddling, balance and control are key to mastering every race.

Competition

Sprint (200 m)
An explosive duel where every paddle stroke counts. A fast start and maintaining top speed all the way to the finish line are crucial.

Technical Course (approx. 500–600 m)
An intense challenge with quick turns around buoys and varied paddling techniques. Balance, agility, and strategy are put to the test.

Distance
Starting in the Nissan River, paddlers follow the flow out to the sea. The course runs along the coast before participants turn back toward the finish line. A demanding and varied route that requires both endurance and strategy.
